How can I return my order?
If you wish to return your order, please completethe returns form that came with the package. Be sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as order number and reason for return. Once you have completed the form, carefully close the package and attach the shipping label that was also included in the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to drop it off at the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the returns process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope you're completely satisfied with your purchase, but if not, we're here to help.
All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Are there any delivery charges?
For orders below CH59, a delivery charge of CH5.70 will be applied. All orders over CH59 will be delivered free of charge.
Can I still change my order?
If you wish to change your order, please send us an email to hello@sahara.com. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code by e-mail. This will enable you to track your order. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before tracking is available.
Can't track your parcel after 48 hours? Please send us an email at hello@sahara.com and we will contact the delivery company.
